After completing her Master’s degree in Kannada (M.A.), she pursued in-depth studies in Jyotisha Shastra (Vedic Astrology) under the guidance and inspiration of the eminent scholar Sri D. P. Ravindra Acharya. This mentorship laid the foundation for her serious academic and research-oriented engagement with astrology.
